Mardi :          Matin VN : G1 9h30-10hPPG 10h-12h natation       PM G1 et G2 Spa: 18h00 à 20h00.

Mercredi :     Matin VN : G1 9h30-10hPPG 10h-12h natation       PM G1 et G2 Spa: 18h00 à 20h00.

Jeudi :            Matin : Repos                                                                  PM G1 et G2 Spa: 18h00 à 20h00.

Vendredi :     Matin : Repos                                                                  PM G1 VN: 13h à 15h00.

Samedi :        Matin VN : G1-G2 8h-10h natation, 10h12h muscu
